LACAUSA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the LACAUSA Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. LACAUSA reserves full discretion over interpretation and enforcement of these terms.

1. Program Overview

The LACAUSA Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting LACAUSA products using unique referral links.

Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time at LACAUSA’s sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined solely by LACAUSA and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Commissions are only earned on verified, completed, and non-refunded purchases tracked through valid affiliate links.

3. Tracking & Cookie Window

Referral tracking is valid for 30 days from the customer’s first click on an affiliate link.

LACAUSA does not guarantee tracking accuracy in cases of ad blockers, browser restrictions, cross-device usage, or third-party interference.

Only properly tracked orders are eligible for commission.

4. Commission Approval (Mandatory Holding Period)

All commissions are recorded as pending and unapproved upon order placement.

A mandatory 30-day holding period applies before any commission is eligible for approval.

During this period, LACAUSA will verify order validity, including but not limited to:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraud detection
  • Self-referrals or abuse patterns

LACAUSA reserves the right to:

  • Reject any commission in full or in part
  • Reverse previously approved commissions if an order is later refunded or flagged
  • Withhold commissions indefinitely in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

All decisions made by LACAUSA regarding commission eligibility are final.

5. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed on a monthly basis only for approved commissions.

LACAUSA may delay, pause, or withhold payments for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Order verification
  • Suspicious activity review
  • Operational delays
  • System discrepancies
  • Excessive return or refund rates

No interest or compensation is payable for delayed funds.

6. Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum payout threshold of $50 USD (or equivalent) applies.

Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle without exception.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all commissions:

  • Self-referrals (direct or indirect)
  • Purchasing through your own affiliate link
  • Generating fake, incentivized, or misleading traffic
  • Running paid ads on brand keywords or LACAUSA trademarks
  • Misrepresenting discounts, pricing, or promotions
  • Using coupon or deal aggregator sites without written approval
  • Spamming affiliate links across unrelated platforms
  • Creating multiple accounts or identities

LACAUSA reserves the right to void commissions retroactively for any suspected abuse.

8. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

No commission is earned on any order that is refunded, returned, cancelled, or charged back for any reason.

If a commission has already been paid for such an order, LACAUSA reserves the right to:

  • Deduct the amount from future payouts, or
  • Issue an invoice for repayment, or
  • Offset against any outstanding affiliate earnings

9. Fraud & Abuse Protection

LACAUSA actively monitors affiliate activity for fraud, manipulation, or unusual patterns.

If fraud or abuse is suspected:

  • Commissions may be immediately suspended
  • Accounts may be terminated without notice
  • Pending and future earnings may be forfeited

LACAUSA is under no obligation to disclose detection methods or evidence.

10. Program Control & Termination

LACAUSA reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any affiliate application
  • Remove affiliates at any time without notice
  • Modify commission rates or structure at any time
  • Discontinue the affiliate program entirely

Termination may occur with or without cause.

Upon termination, all rights to earn commissions immediately cease.

11. Independent Relationship

Affiliates act as independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship with LACAUSA.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of LACAUSA.

12. Liability Limitation

LACAUSA is not responsible for:

  • Lost tracking or misattributed sales
  • Technical errors in affiliate systems
  • Browser or cookie restrictions
  • Revenue or income expectations

Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.

13. Updates to Terms

LACAUSA may update these terms at any time.

Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
